Return & Refund Policy 

All Sales Final

In accordance with California law and due to the nature of the products offered by Imagine First, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Our products are sold strictly as research-use-only laboratory supplies and are not eligible for return after shipment or delivery.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Customer error or change of mind

  • Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery

  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions or disclaimers

  • Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control

No Refunds

Refunds are not issued for any orders. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be provided except where required by applicable California law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by contacting support@imaginefirstlabs.com

To assist with verification, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the shipping packaging and the item received

Upon verification, our sole obligation, at our discretion, is to provide a replacement product or store credit. Refunds are not issued.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under applicable California law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude consumer protections that are non-waivable under state or federal law.
