  • Full payment is required prior to order processing and fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at any time

  • Limit or restrict quantities purchased

  • Verify order details prior to fulfillment, including customer and payment information

Accepted Payment Method

At this time, Zelle is the primary and accepted payment method for all orders.

By submitting payment via Zelle, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payments are sent voluntarily and authorized by you

  • You are responsible for ensuring all payment details are entered correctly

  • Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation of payment

  • Zelle transactions are non-reversible once submitted

Imagine First Labs is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect recipients due to user error.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Resolutions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Product damaged during transit

Requests must be submitted promptly after delivery and may require supporting documentation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use products for any unlawful purpose

  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or intended use

  • Use products in or for human or animal application

  • Resell or distribute products in violation of applicable laws

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.
