Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed and submitted for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders shipped to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or military addresses may be subject to additional carrier limitations or delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions, destination, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Imagine First is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned to us due to address errors or delivery failure may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not issued.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at support@imaginefirstlabs.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the shipping packaging and the item received

If verified, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued.

Carrier Delays

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Research Use Only Notice

All products shipped by Imagine First are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research-related use.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
